Bavaro Adventure Park Combos and Full Access 

The park offers 4 main activities that you can combine selecting the Combo Ticket, or enjoy all of them selecting the Full Access option. Let's see what are the main activities:

1) BUGGY TOUR
An adventurous journey designed for the whole family to enjoy with the highest safety standards and with a professional staff who will guide you and assist you throughout the journey. Drive through a thrillig course deep inside the Dominican jungle, visit an abandoned mine, then stop by a typical village and take a dip in the cenote Blue Lagoon! (2 hours duration)

2) HORSEBACK RIDING
Inside the park you'll find "El Rancho", a home for beautiful horses that will take you through special trails surrounded by pure nature, where you will live a unique experience designed for the whole family. (1 hour duration)

3) ZIPLINE MEGA SPLASH
A high-altitude fun guided expedition consisting of 6 circuit lines, a Himalayan hanging bridge challenge and 1 splash line landing in the water. (1 hour duration)

4) SPLASH OF EMOTIONS
Discover the Jungle River and the cenote Blue Lagoon! Hang on while your raft is swept along the river and enjoy the nature that surrounds it. Lay back in relaxing tubes as you float through the park. Finish your journey in a stunning open-air cenote, the perfect place to soak up some sun and enjoy a bath with your family or fellow travelers. (1 hour duration)

The Combo Ticket offers the possibility to experience 2 of these activities, the Full Access all of them. Included in all packages there are 2 extra attractions:

• Dominican Village: a short but valuable tour to get in touch with the Dominican culture.
• Waterfall Pool: a 400 square meters pool wrapped in a unique environment, ideal place to rest after doing your activities in the park.

Customers interested in the buggy tour can also go for the POLARIS UPGRADE, to drive a Polaris buggy instead of the regular buggy for a small extra of 30usd per person.

• Due to safety regulations, during the activities is not allowed:
  - use of cell phones and/or cameras
  - wear hats, caps, flip flops, bags or purses
  
  
• Minimum height for kids is 1.30 mt (4.26" feet)
  
  
• To drive a buggy the driver must be at least 18 year old and hold a valid license. In the park you'll be requested to show the driving license. It's not necessary to carry the original document. A digital photo will work.

In case a customer after booking a tour wants to cancel or is not more able to take part on it we will provide the full refund directly on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required BY EMAIL within 24 hours before the starting of the tour.

Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.

If the cancellation is required less than 24 hours before the starting of the tour due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstancesm, etc) and the customer is not able to reschedule, we will keep the deposit paid in advance or the 50% of the total price if the customers has paid in full.

In case the tour itself is cancelled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose if reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.

This policy DOES NOT apply for large groups of 10+ people where the cancellation is required at least a week in advance to get the full refund.
